Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bridgr, a marketplace that connects people seeking an introduction ("Seekers") with people who can make that introduction ("Connectors"). By creating an account or using Bridgr, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Bridgr lets Seekers describe a need for a specific type of contact, and lets Connectors offer to make that introduction. Bridgr facilitates the match and the payment; it does not guarantee that any introduction will lead to a deal, a hire, an investment, or any other outcome. Bridgr is not a party to, and has no responsibility for, what happens between Seekers and Connectors after an introduction is unlocked.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Bridgr. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. One person may not operate multiple accounts to manipulate matches, reviews, or credits.
3. Conduct & Content
Public posts (needs, offers, profile descriptions) must never include direct contact details — email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, or links — before a match is unlocked and paid for by both sides. Bridgr may remove content or suspend accounts that attempt to bypass this rule, post false claims about a contact or network, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments & Credits
Unlocking an introduction costs credits, purchased individually or through a monthly plan, as described on the Pricing page. Prices are shown in euros (€) and may include taxes where applicable. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, purchased credits and completed unlocks are non-refundable once the matching contact information has been revealed, because the service (the introduction itself) has then been delivered.
5. Intellectual Property
The Bridgr name, logo, and the Service's software and design are owned by Bridgr. You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant Bridgr a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating the Service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Bridgr is provided "as is". We do not verify the identity, qualifications, or claimed network of every Connector, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any introduction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgr's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock giving rise to the claim.
7. Suspension & Termination
You may close your account at any time. Bridgr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, in particular in cases of fraud, harassment, or repeated attempts to bypass the no-direct-contact rule before payment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use Bridgr after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
